We require a 48 hour cancellation notice. A
recovery fee equal to the service value will apply
to late cancellations, no shows and repeat
rescheduling.

and supervised by a guardian during any service. |

Rebooking incentives apply only to original
appointment. Rescheduled appointments will not be

A $40.00 fee will be charged for any check or
credit card payment returned for insufficient funds. |

Service and product returns will be credited for
store credit only. |

Please call us within 1 week of your original
service date if you are not completely satisfied
with your service and we will gladly remedy the
situation at no extra charge to you. Requesting a
redo beyond one week from original service will be
charged at regular salon artist pricing. |
